Lots of convenient places here. My favorite, however, is when the El Salvadoran evangelists stand on the corner by the laundromat with loudspeakers preaching in Spanish. Makes for a fun and interesting atmosphere.
Matt T Mar 18, 2026Food Lion, located in Sterling Park Shopping Mall, is a convenient grocery store staffed most of the time at full capacity. The store was in the middle of restocking upon my arrival, so at first glance, the shelves appeared empty of some items versus others. I actually came here to find drinks such as orange juice, soda, and energy drinks. These items I am happy to report were in stock. The sure was barely cooked with customers given the current pandemic; however, there were people doing their shopping. I liked that the store studies are readily negotiated with large signs above the aisles, specifying what can be found here. The store is well lighted, and the floors are very clean. This combination provides ease of access to items that are buskers from a free getaway at a glance. Ideally, Food Lion is not a large site in comparison to those in the immediate vicinity, but it does provide a quick stop and shop opportunity to get in and get out in the late evenings.
